Select Publish | Blog from the Office menu

Fill out your blog’s information

Write post
-
Click Publish in the ribbon
EDIT: Well… it worked… kinda. It was posted dated December 31, 1969 @ 19:59 so it wasn’t really showing up on my blog. I fixed the date.
